Ingredients: 4 pieces of egg. ½ tsp pepper powder. 3 tsp all-purpose flour. 2 tsp corn flour. Pinch of red food colour. ¼ tsp red chili powder. Salt to taste. 3 tbsp oil. 1 tsp garlic. 1 tsp chopped ginger. 1 tsp chopped onion. 1 tsp capsicum. 4 green chilies. 2 tsp tomato sauce. 2 tsp soya sauce. 2 tsp chili sauce. ½ tsp vinegar. Method: Step 1: Beat the egg & mix with salt & pepper powder. Now steam cook the beaten eggs. Step 2: Take one bowl for mixing up the thick batter (All-purpose flour, corn flour, chili powder, salt). Cut steam cooked eggs into cubes. Dip the egg cubes in the batter. Deep fry in oil. Take 3 tbsp oil in the pan. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chili & mix all the things nicely.
