- 1 Chopped Banana flower & boiled it with turmeric powder.
- 100 gm prawns (Fresh).
- 3 tbsp mustard oil.
- ½ tsp turmeric powder.
- ½ tsp ginger paste.
- ½ tsp sugar.
- 4 slice green chili.
- 1 bay leaves.
- 2 whole red chilies.
- ½ tsp cumin seeds.
- ½ cumin powder.
- ½ tbsp ghee.
- 1 tbsp chopped potatoes.
- 1 tbsp coconut scraps.
- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Marinate prawns with salt & turmeric powder.
- Heat the pan & add oil.
- Now add the prawns in the pan.
- Make it little brown.
- Take it out from the pan.
- Add bay leaves & cumin seeds.
- Add potatoes & make it little brown.
- Add ginger paste, cumin powder, green chilies, turmeric powder.
- Now mix generally.
- Now add boiled banana flower.
- Add coconut scrap.
- Stir it for 2-3 min.
- Add some water & salt, sugar & fry prawns.
- Now cover it for 10 min & after 10 min open the cover.
- Add ghee & garam masala.
- The recipe is ready to serve. Enjoy it.
