Ingredients: 1 chopped bitter gourd (uchche). 1 brinjal (chopped). 1 Raw banana (chopped). 1 potato (chopped). 100 gm chopped green papaya. 10 piece of Vadi. Drumstick (Sojne Data). 100 gm pumpkin. Ingredients: 200 gm boiled green peas. ¾ cup soya granules. 2 medium sized boiled potatoes. ¾ bread crumbs or as required. ¾ tsp garam masala. ½ tsp grated ginger. 1 piece of chopped green chilly. ¾ tsp cumin powder. ½ tsp crushed coriander seed. ½ tsp black pepper powder. Yogurt ½ cup ½ tsp ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp cashew nut paste. 1 tsp onion paste. 1 cup coconut milk. ½ tsp turmeric powder. 1 tsp chili powder. 2 tsp mustard oil.     Ingredients: 2cups boiled Rice 1/3rd cup Lemon Rice 6Tbsp Oil 1/2tsp Black Mustard seeds Few curry leaves 3-4 green chilies Salt to taste 1/4th tsp. turmeric powder 1/4th cup peanuts. Ingredients: 250 gms semai(broken) 2 litrs milk 1 cup sugar 40 gms Raisins 50 gms Cashew nut 1 tsp. Ghee 2 Bay leaves 4 cardamom (Coarsely grounded) Method: 1.
