- 200 gm boiled green peas.
- ¾ cup soya granules.
- 2 medium sized boiled potatoes.
- ¾ bread crumbs or as required.
- ¾ tsp garam masala.
- ½ tsp grated ginger.
- 1 piece of chopped green chilly.
- ¾ tsp cumin powder.
- ½ tsp crushed coriander seed.
- ½ tsp black pepper powder.
- Test to soil.
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Oil
Method:
- Soak the soya granules with water for 10 min to make it soft.
- After 10 min you can see the soya has become soft & fluffy.
- Strain the soya granules & discard the water.
- Take a mixing bowl & grate the boiled potatoes.
- Add boiled green peas.
- Now add soaked soya granules.
- Now add all the spices & chopped coriander.
- Mix it until well combined.
- Lastly add bread crumbs as the mixture sticky.
- Take a skewer & one portion of green peas soya granule mixture.
- Press each part along the length of a skewer to make each kabab.
- Brush each kabab with the oil.
- Take a non-stick pan in which the entire length of skewer gets fitted.
- Grease the pan with oil.
- Make the pan hot on medium flame.
- Put the kabab in a frying pan around 8 to 9 min to get cooked.
- Soya Kabab is ready to serve. Enjoy it.
