Tasty Tasty Mochar Ghonto (Banana Flower Curry)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Chopped Banana flower & boiled it with turmeric powder.
  2. 100 gm prawns (Fresh).
  3. 3 tbsp mustard oil.
  4. ½ tsp turmeric powder.
  5. ½ tsp ginger paste.
  6. ½ tsp sugar.
  7. 4 slice green chili.
  8. 1 bay leaves.
  9. 2 whole red chilies.
  10. ½ tsp cumin seeds.
  11. ½ cumin powder.
  12. ½ tbsp ghee.
  13. 1 tbsp chopped potatoes.
  14. 1 tbsp coconut scraps.
  15. Salt to taste.

Method:

  • Marinate prawns with salt & turmeric powder.
  • Heat the pan & add oil.
  • Now add the prawns in the pan.
  • Make it little brown.
  • Take it out from the pan.
  • Add bay leaves & cumin seeds.
  • Add potatoes & make it little brown.
  • Add ginger paste, cumin powder, green chilies, turmeric powder.
  • Now mix generally.
  • Now add boiled banana flower.
  • Add coconut scrap.
  • Stir it for 2-3 min.
  • Add some water & salt, sugar & fry prawns.
  • Now cover it for 10 min & after 10 min open the cover.
  • Add ghee & garam masala.
  • The recipe is ready to serve. Enjoy it.
