Hydrabadi Mutton Biriyani

Ingradiants: 

  1. Basmati rice 500 grams
  2. black cumin 1 tsp
  3. boiled egg for decoration (optional) 2 piece
  4. Cashew nuts (Optional) 50 grams
  5. coriander leaves 1 bunch
  6. Curd 2 cup
  7. garam masala 2 tbsp
  8. Garam masala powder 2 tbsp
  9. Garlic and ginger paste 2 tbsp
  10. Golden fried sliced onions 2 cup
  11. gr chilli 2 piece
  12. Lime juice 2
  13. meat tenderizer 1 tbsp
  14. mint 1 bunch
  15. Mutton 1 KG
  16. Oil 5 tbsp
  17. Red chilli pdr 1 tbsp
  18. Rose Water (optional) 1 tbsp
  19. Saffron 1 pinch
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Turmeric powder 1 pinch

Method: 

  • First boil the water ,add oil, salt and cook rice half cooked.
  • Next maranation of mutton, in pan take mutton, add all the spices and curd, onion,
  • Now n a pan add the maraniated mutton in the bottom and top it of with half cooked rice,add mint leaves, coriander leaves, fried onions.repeat the same process twice.cook for 30min.
  • serve hot with raita and mirchi ka salan , follow the video recipoe of bagara baingan , make a thinner gravy ,substitute brinjal,eggplant with green chillies
