Ingredients: 200 gm boiled green peas. ¾ cup soya granules. 2 medium sized boiled potatoes. ¾ bread crumbs or as required. ¾ tsp garam masala. ½ tsp grated ginger. 1 piece of chopped green chilly. ¾ tsp cumin powder. ½ tsp crushed coriander seed. ½ tsp black pepper powder. Ingredients: 250 gms semai(broken) 2 litrs milk 1 cup sugar 40 gms Raisins 50 gms Cashew nut 1 tsp. Ghee 2 Bay leaves 4 cardamom (Coarsely grounded) Method: 1.
