Delicious Soya Kabab

Ingredients: 200 gm boiled green peas. ¾ cup soya granules. 2 medium sized boiled potatoes. ¾ bread crumbs or as required. ¾ tsp garam masala. ½ tsp grated ginger. 1 piece of chopped green chilly. ¾ tsp cumin powder. ½ tsp crushed coriander seed. ½ tsp black pepper powder. Test to soil. Freshly chopped coriander leaves. Oil  Method: Soak the soya granules with water for 10 min to make it soft. After 10 min you can see the soya has become soft & fluffy. Ingredients: 4 eggs 2 small onions thinly chopped 2 tomatoes thinly chopped 4 green chillies chopped 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 cup vegetable oil Salt to taste. Ingredients: 2 Eggs 3 tblsp Milk 1/2 cup grated Cheese 2 chopped Green Chilli (Hari mirch) Salt to taste 1 tsp White Pepper A pinch of Mustard Powder 1 tblsp Butter. Ingredients: 1/4 tsp salt 3 tblsp ghee (melted) 1 cup refined flour For Filling 1/4 kg Peas (shelled) 1 inch Ginger 4 small Green Chillies 4 tsAniseeds (saunf) 1/4 tsp Asafoetida Salt to taste Ghee to deep fry Method: Sift the flour with 1/4 tsp salt.
