Khasta Porota



  1. Maida:500 gms
  2. Eggs: 4 pcs
  3. Oil 2 tbs spoon ;
  4. pinch of salt and sugar to taste;
  5. baking soda a pinch


  • Beat eggs in a bowl and add add sugar oil and salt
  • Add the mixture to the maida and make a dough
  • Press the ball of dough and apply oil on it, sprinkle some drops of water and cover with a wet cloth and leave for 3 hours
  • Now make thick paranthas and fry in oil
  • Serve hot
